Splitting the Curtain
If the space needed to be secured is over 8’, it is a good idea to split the curtain. The wider the curtain is, the less strong it will be in the center. This is an inexpensive way to increase the strength of your security shutters. In essence, the curtain is split into two or more sections all controlled by the same panel box.
