Bridgetown, Barbados – The National Disaster Preparedness Expo will return this year as a featured showcase of the Trade & Innovation Expo (TIE) 2025, taking place from June 7–9 at the Sir Garfield Sobers Gymnasium.
This important three-day event brings together government agencies, emergency responders, businesses, and community organizations to prepare Barbados for the upcoming hurricane season and other potential disasters.
The Expo will feature live demonstrations, expert panels, interactive exhibits, and innovative products that help protect homes, businesses, and communities.
“Preparedness is a shared responsibility,” said Simon Jackson, General Manager – CariGuard. “Our goal is to empower citizens and organizations with the tools and information they need to withstand and recover from disasters.”
Admission is free to the public, with exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities still available. Interested businesses and partners are encouraged to register early.
