JOB DESCRIPTION

CORE FUNCTIONS:
The Installation Assistant plays a pivotal role in the installation and maintenance of our products. This position primarily involves loading and unloading vehicles, assisting in installation procedures, maintaining a safe work environment, and fostering positive relationships with team members.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• 1 years’ experience in a related field.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Fabricate various products manufactured by Caribbean Protection Barbados Inc., ensuring the highest quality and adherence to specifications.
2. Prepare and load vehicles with products and/or tools required for the day’s installation and service work, ensuring everything is securely and safely stowed.
3. Assist in the offloading of incoming shipments from suppliers, verifying quantities and ensuring products are in good condition.
4. Collaborate with the plant supervisor and assist in all installation procedures, following instructions and safety protocols diligently.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the plant, vehicles, and installation sites. Dispose of waste properly and ensure tools and equipment are properly stored.
6. Foster positive relations and effective communication with other staff members, promoting a collaborative and cohesive work environment.      
Reports to:​​ Plant Supervisor
Indirectly reports to: General Manager 

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:
• Work may be performed both indoors (plant) and outdoors (installation sites).
• Physical labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects, is required.
• May involve exposure to varying weather conditions during outdoor installations.
